Giffard Woodruff Syrup

The Woodruff syup is made from natural woodruff extracts enhanced by a hint of lemon juice. Woodruff is a flowering perennial plant which grows undergrowth and which is known for its medicinal and culinary virtues.

Tasting Notes:
– Colour : Deep and luminous emerald green
– Aroma : Fruity notes of stewed vanilla and apple, fresh grass.
– Taste : Stewed fruits (apple and vanilla), slightly acidulous (green apple and lemon), spicy notes (cinnamon, vanilla, liquorice), a very slight bitter finish.
