     Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us! We’re sorry to hear that the pump didn’t fit your bottle perfectly. The pump is designed to be adjustable, so you can cut the plastic straw part to a size that fits your bottle correctly.

     As for the number of pumps, we recently updated our policy to offer one free pump per order, but it seems the previous messaging was still visible. We’re updating this across the site to ensure it won’t happen again.
