Deconstructed Nutella Iced Coffee

60ml Espresso
50ml Double Cream
Directions
- Pour into a shaker the 50ml of Double Cream with 15ml Giffard Hazelnut Syrup.
- Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds.
- Add all the ingredients except the aromatized cream to the appropriate glass filled with ice.
- Quick stir, gently pour the aromatized cream coating on top. Garnish and serve.
Notes
- Ice: cubed Glassware: whisky glass Garnish: Cocoa powder line around the neck of the glass (Brush with marmalade before dusting) and puffed rice optional. Try also with: chocolate syrup instead of chocolate cookie syrup
